Our Services

Every evaluation and session is tailored to your unique needs, guided by the latest research and a deep commitment to your well-being.

Therapy

Therapy offers a supportive and collaborative space to explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for change. We work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. Our approach integrates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-informed strategies, with an emphasis on empathy, collaboration, and individualized care.

Psychological Evaluations

Psychological evaluations provide a comprehensive understanding of emotional, behavioral, and psychological functioning. Through clinical interviews, standardized testing, and review of relevant history, these evaluations help clarify diagnoses, identify strengths and areas of difficulty, and guide treatment or support planning. Psychological assessments may be helpful for concerns related to mood and anxiety conditions, personality functioning, and other mental health concerns.

Neuropsychological Evaluations

Neuropsychological evaluations examine how brain functioning relates to thinking, memory, attention, language, and problem-solving abilities. These assessments are useful for understanding cognitive concerns related to neurological conditions, medical illness, learning differences, attention difficulties, or changes in cognitive functioning. The evaluation process includes a detailed clinical interview, specialized cognitive testing, and a comprehensive report with diagnostic impressions and personalized recommendations to support treatment, academic or workplace functioning, and daily life.
